The next release of Doom Reborn is here! There have been many changes and additions since the last release and we hope you enjoy it.

So without further ado grab the mod from one of the link/s below. To play the mod you will need the latest version of Doom 3, you can get patch for here.

Well we're gearing up for another version, and this one will be a much better looking mod this time around... and hopefully d3files will catagarize this one under the proper section too!

In the mean by I thought someone might enjoy the final versions of the first three monsters, the soldier, the sargeant, and the imp!



Not to mention I'm in the middle of making an ALL NEW TEXTURE SET!!! So that everything will be properly spec and bumpmapped.




And of course I'm also up on updating some old items as well...

Ok I thought it was time for an update. So first off I will say that the issues with the forum being spammed have been solved by installing some extra security. Next up is that the new version of Doom Reborn will be coming very soon. I am aiming to get it out within the next few weeks, this is going to be very different to the previous two versions due to our modeller/texture artist APZ_Freak doing an amazing new revamp of all the textures. We also have a huge load of new features in the game: just to name a few, new models, new monster skins, levels, code, fixes, etc, etc.
One of the main fixes included in this version is that people running the latest version of Doom 3 will no longer have Doom Reborn crash when they try to run it. We should be testing soon and I will let you know when it has been done so that you have a idea of how close we are. Watch This Space!

So as you have probally seen our DR forums have been spammed to hell and back with a nice porn bot, All posts since then have been deleted and we are workin on installing new mods for PHPbb to stop future attacks.

We apologise for those younger viewers and the rest of the public eye.

Doom 3 1.3.1 Update problems posted on 03-17-2007 15:31

With the launch of Windows Vista, people are trying to re install the DooM Reborn mod only to find that Patch 1.3.1 is not compatable.

We are currently working on fixing this problem and will be releaseing a new package shortly. Sorry for the crash.

I can see that some have tried. But as far as I'm concerned, I'm the only only that made the imp the closest to it's old self. If I'm excited about it I know I'm not the only one!



Hurray for Reborn Doom stuff! I hope I'm getting the point across that we're not just making some crappy mod... We're dead-set on making this awesome!

Well it's kinda hard to get people to believe us that we're actually gonna make something worthwhile and good without proper screenshots! Those old ones don't necessarily reflect the changes that have been made since that first release...

We all know that Doom remade on Doom 3 just wouldn't be Doom without the same items, right? I, Apz Freak, have taken it upon myself to bring these to you! Attempting to make them feel and look the same without too much trouble.




And let's be honest... We wanna see the same baddies too right? I know I do! So I thought I'd spend some time making them!




Be assured there's more to come! It'll be a bit of work, but you can bet we'll somehow get all the original monsters in our mod for you to shoot to your hearts content!

(I know these are just skin edits right here, but we'll be ready to do the hard stuff like spiky imps, and horned and hoofed hellknights, and my favorite... the original pinky demon!)

And if you read this far, I wanna assure you that we are trying our best (as few of us as there is) And we will do everything that we can do to bring this great game into the new generation!

Things aren't necessarily coming along as fast as they could, but we definately can with your help! Anybody out there with talent for... well pretty much anything mod related... take your pick! Please help us out! WE are in need of some mappers, and somebody good at code couldn't hurt either! If you can help, enter the forum and click 'Join Us'... I did, and that's just as well too... they needed it

Well the wait for Alpha 0.35 is over, it's been a lot of hard work and there have been huge inprovements and additions since the last release.

So without further delay download the mod from the following link. To play the mod you will also need the latest version of Doom 3 you can grab the patch here. We hope to add more mirrors when it gets hosted by other places.
